Completely In Love

eP011213

Hey there!  I pulled out some new Wplus9 Design Studio stamps and dies from eclectic Paperie earlier this week to create this sweet Valentine!  The stamps are the new Cupid’s Arrow set, and I also used the matching companion die to cut out the cupid on the upper left.  I saw this sample card made by W+9 design team member Jean Martin, and loved how she cut out the little banner at the bottom of the sentiment so it still fit the die-cut heart, so I stole her idea!  :)  I also added a little border at the bottom using the XO Border die… I just think that thing is SO cute!  The papers I used are Echo Park “Love Story”, and my pink ink is Ranger Picked Raspberry distress ink.  The large die cut hearts are from Spellbinders.

Hope this makes you feel all lovey-dovey!

A Hundred Hearts…

Hi everyone, it’s me Tammy,  and I have an early Valentine to share with you today…

This card showcases several great products you can find in the eclectic Paperie store including the Honey 6x6 paper pad from My Mind’s Eye, and Berrylicious button, the great Vintage Pearl stick pin from Maya Road, as well as the Picked Raspberry Ranger distress ink I used to stamp the sentiment.  Other supplies (dies and stamps) are from My Favorite Things.

Happy stamping!

Peace on Earth

eP120312 close-up

Hello everyone!  I’m ushering in December here on the eP blog with this great wintery Christmas card today using this Aspen Trees 6x6 template from The Crafter’s Workshop.

eP120312

I mixed up some Ranger Distress Inks to create this card today using some Inkssentials Mini-Mister spray bottles.  In one bottle I mixed a dropper full of Tumbled Glass ink and water, and in another mister I added a dropper full of Chipped Sapphire ink and water.  Then I taped the template down onto white cardstock and did some misting, using the darker Sapphire at the bottom and the lighter Tumbled Glass at the stop.  After everything dried I dotted on some glue from a Sakura Quickie Glue pen and sprinkled on some ultrafine glitter for snow.  Then I added an all-over iridescent mist from Perfect Pearls spray.  The sentiment comes from a Flourishes stamp set, and the little cardinal was cut out with my Silhouette using this digital file.

That’s all for today…. happy stamping!

Hello eP fans, it’s my turn today to post here on the eclectic Paperie blog and I have a sweet Christmas card to share with you!

MFTWSC98

I pulled out some new Lily Bee Designs Christmas Cheer 6x6 paper for my card, and paired it with this Holiday Hugs Snowman stamp set from My Favorite Things.  I stamped my image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic markers from the eP store.  I embellished my card with a few buttons, some Maraschino Red twine, and some silver Kaisercraft rhinestones.

And here’s a little close-up of my uber glittery snowflake…

Let Us Give Wplus9 Thanks...

I just love creating cards for Fall, so when I got these new Wplus9 stamps and dies from eclectic Paperie recently, I just couldn’t wait to create something!  Take a peek at this…
.
eP101812

This is the Pretty Patches Pumpkin stamp set, and I used the matching Pumpkin die to cut it out.  The pumpkin is stamped wtih Ranger Spiced Marmalade distress ink, and the little leaf with Aged Mahogany.  The papers I used here for the fence and background are from the new Autumn Spice paper pad from Lilybee Designs.  For the layout of my card, I was inspired by the Retro Sketch #33 from a week ago, flipped upside down.

On the inside, I stamped the Pretty Patches Pumpkin again, adding the heart to the center and the sentiment from the set.

Happy stamping!  Thanks for stopping by today!

Apples for a Friend

Hello eP fans!

I had a customer recently request a card with apples I had listed for sale on my blog, and here I had sold it already and forgot to take it down!  So I contacted the customer and offered to make another as similar as I could to the original, and she said “just another apple card would be fine…” so this is what I came up with.  I hope she likes it!

eP101312

The apple stamps I used here are from the Apple of My Eye stamp set from Flourishes, and I stamped and colored this with Copics from the eclectic Paperie store.  The papers used are Simple Stories “Harvest Lane”… just LOVE this line for Fall!  I embellished with various Nestabilities die-cuts, button, thread, pearls, tag, etc. and a seam binding bow hand-dyed with some Scattered Straw Ranger distress reinker.  My cardstock and paper edges were also sponged with Antique Linen distress ink, using the Inkssentials Foam Blending tool, and my Non-Stick Craft Sheet.

Happy stamping!

Work Less, Fish More... every man's dream!

eP083012

Hi everyone!  I recently got a box of goodies in the mail from the eclectic Paperie store, and had to immediately get creative!  I mentioned once how much I loved this great Fish More stamp set from Wplus9 Design Studio, and Kim heard me and did not disappoint… I found these stamps and the matching dies in my box!  I could have hours of fun die-cutting these fishies and stamping them in different colors!  :)

The papers I used here are from the PB & J 6x6 paper pad from Basic Grey… there’s such a great variety in that line!

I hope you like my quick and simple little card today!  Thanks for stopping by and happy stamping!

Feel Better Soon

Hi everyone, it’s me Tammy and I’ve got a card full of detail to share with you today, using lots of products from the eclectic Paperie store.  I used a new Studio 490 Wendy Vecchi stamp set from Stampers’ Anonymous on this card called “Art is Therapeutic”… it’s a really fun stamp set!  I stamped the flower with Ranger Distress inks in Picked Raspberry and Peeled Paint, then masked it and stamped the medicine label using Brilliance Graphite Black archival ink.  This was all stamped on an Inkssentials #5 Manila Tag, then I distressed the edges and sponged on some Pumice Stone Distress ink.  The papers I used here are from My Mind’s Eye “Honey” 6x6 pad, and I embellished with some Prima Pink Mini Rhinestone Swirls, some Scattered Straw dyed seam binding, a Berrylicious Buttons Galore button, and a lacey die-cut border.  I also added…..

…some Washi tape from the MME “Honey” line across the bottom of the tag.  I thought it was a fun touch, and since this tape has space for dating, I pulled out my trusty old date stamp and added the date that I made the card.  (My stamper is so old though… it only goes to 2007!)

And here’s the inside!  Since the big stamp in the set is like a label from an old medicine bottle, I decided to make this a get well card!

You’ll find links to everything I used on this card by clicking on the bold-face words in the text, so you can just head over to the eP store and pick up your own stamping goodies!

Thanks for stopping by, and happy stamping!

A Grandmother’s Love

Hello eP fans!  Happy Monday and welcome to my turn to share with you here on the eclectic Paperie blog!  My card today uses some of the lovely new My Mind’s Eye “Tangerine” 6x6 paper from the Sweetest Thing line.
eP082312 Orange has always been one of my most favorite colors, so I just love this paper line!  I kept the stamping very simple and let the papers do all the work for me, stamping the sentiment on a piece from the paper pad and cutting it out with a Labels One Nestabilities die.  I used Brilliance Graphite Black ink to stamp the sentiment, and embossed with clear embossing powder.   I added a Maya Road mini canvas butterfly to my design, and made it yellow/orange by spritzing it with some Dried Marigold Ranger distress reinker and water mixed in a Mini-Mister.  I embellished the butterfly with some Kaisercraft pearls, and embellished the upper left of my card with some Graphic 45 Metal Brads.
I’ll probably save this card for a time when one of my daughters need to send a thank you note to their grandma!  :)
That’s all for me today!  Happy stamping!
