Graphic 45 French Country Collection!

Good morning!  Sherry here with you today and I have a tag using Graphic 45 French Country Collection to share.

G45FrenchCountryTag

The base of the tag is chipboard that was die cut with a card creator and the corners were trimmed down by an inch in both directions.  A small circle die was used to create the hole in the center, where the ribbon is attached.

The same die was used for the Graphic 45 paper.  The edges were distressed and then sponged with Memento Toffee Crunch.   Before the paper was glued to the chipboard, Unity Stamp Classified Newsprint was stamped in StazOn Jet Black to cover the chipboard.

The corner of the paper was rolled down at an angle and a flower (die cut from another sheet of the French Country Collection) was glued in the corner.

Another piece of the paper was die cut with a small oval and glued in the hatpin embellishment.  UTEE was melted in a melting pot and then poured into the hatpin.  Sadly, I think I might have had a bit of beeswax in the pan that I didn’t catch; but since I liked the blurred vintage look, I kept it.    The leaves were die cut from watercolor paper and colored with Peeled Paint Distress Stain.

The main image is a panel from the French Country Collection that was mounted on chipboard and then trimmed out.

I love all the dimension achieved by rolling down the corner of the paper.

That’s all for me today.  Thanks for stopping by and joining me!
