The edges of the background papers were distressed with scissors and the edges were sponged with Antique Linen Distress Ink. Brads were added to a few of the corners for interest.
A frame was made by gluing a solid color paper from the collection to chipboard and then die cutting it with ovals. The cat image was also glued to chipboard and then cut out (to make it sturdier within the oval frame). The flower was die cut from another sheet of the paper and the leaves were die cut from vanilla card stock, then colored with Mowed Lawn and Peeled Paint Distress Inks.
The ribbon was dyed with Antique Linen Distress Ink.

Love your card Sherry! Great idea to glue some of the papers to chipboard before cutting and die cutting. A great way to create your own embellishments with the G45 papers,! Love that now too! Xx
Sherry, this is stunning. Love the distressing, the gorgeous layering, and your amazing flower and leaves. Wish you lived closer so I could learn from the master! Just a gorgeous card!
