Sorry it's been a little, too, long. We have been so busy getting in new product, trying to get it up on the website and then shipping out pre-orders and regular orders. A big THANKS! to a lot of girlfriends referring Eclectic Paperie to all their friends because we have been busy. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
Wanted to share Maya Road and their fantastic alterable chipboard and tins. First, they are a great overall value. For example, something like the Paisely chipboard designs is great at $6.99; you get 36 shapes; then you get the 4"x6" clear topped storage tin that you can use for something else or alter into something fantastic.
Then there are the Lunch Box and Book Collections. The Lunch Break Tin is a tall alterable lunch box with removable handles to make it easy with papering or painting. Those cool alcohol inks(coming soon) would be great with these tins. There are naked chipboard books that can be purchased separately to fit inside, too. Wouldn't these be great for and spring project like Mother's Day or a fun alterable for those Easter memories and/or traditions? Come check out the Maya Road Collection and see what can inspire your creativity. There are a lot more chipboard shapes, tins, and books to see.
What kind of ideas do you have for these chipboard and tin items? Post here by March 3rd and we'll pull a name to receive a Lunch Break Tin and Lunch Break Book

These are so neat! I think they would make wonderful card storage - I love the different shape and the fact that they are silver! I'd love to give one a try, pick me!! :) Love your store!
OH MY GOSH!!! LOVE these. Oh, you girls ROCK MY WORLD!!!
I know my little A would LOVE one of those tins for her crayons and markers and "treasures".
Let me think.... I'll be back. :)
I love Maya Road stuff! I would use the tins for cards, or maybe decorate a couple for storing my ATCs by theme. Gosh...my wheels are turnin' now!
WOOHOO! YOU DID IT! You are up and running. I wish Joy and Daisy EVERY success in their new adventure. YOU DERSERVE IT!
Love You!
Oh, so I was suppose to read the WHOLE entry...LOL! Well, I plan on purchasing some lunch box tins to use with some customers. You see a Mary Kay director asked me to come up with some projects that she could reward her top preformers with. I plan to alter lunch tins so the MK consultants can keep customer records handy....and won't they look cute at an MK party. Yes, they will be girly girl and TOTAL GLAM....just like Joy and Daisy!
LOVE YA!
These are great! I'm thinking you could use them for an easter treasuer hunt - how fun to collect meaningful items in a great tin!
Hi Daisy & Joy! I received my eP order & Wowzer. The Cosmo Cricket paper is even better than I hoped. I got Peggy Sue, Georgie Girl, Lil Suzie, & Miss Molly. Love them all. The richness of the color & weight of the paper is superb. I plan to cover my chipboard calendar this weekend using my new cosmo line. LOL Took a peek at the site today & found myself throwing stuff into the cart. It is so exciting to see what will be posted next. Definitely ordering tins and mini books this weekend. I just need more time to pour over the papers. Thanks so much for the great selection. I love my goodies & will be back for more. EdieB :D
Those are absolutely adorable! I LOVE the tins for the chipboard - 2 projects in one! I can see the tin all decorated to match my son's room and then fill the book with reasons why I love him. He's 9 and doesn't always want me to tell him that. With that in his room, he could read it whenever he needed it :) LOVE your site!
These boxes are adorable! I think they are perfect for giving gifts. They can be a gift by themselves, or you could fill them with some goodies and give them to a friend.
P.S. The Maya Road chipboard looks like so much fun! I am addicted to chipboard :)
OOOOHH, these look like fun, fun, fun stuff. I'd use one of the tins to make a baby's first year tin to hold all the paraphenelia, pics etc. My niece is having her first baby the end of March and this would be so cute. Love all the new chip board too.
So, thanks for the contest(maybe I'll win!?)!
Anette (snowmom13)
Already placed an order for some stampendous stamps! Can't wait to receive them and get stampin! Have to go check out the other neat-o stuff! With the chipboard, I love to paint it and add it on to scrapbook pages! Love the 3D effect...cards would be good too!
Joy and Daisy I wish you much success in your new "adventure". I can't wait to start ordering... oh ya I already have!!
LOVE these!!! I'm so glad Taylor(http://tayloredexpressions.blogspot.com/)told me about this!
Taylored Expressions sent me to see your fabluous new blog. The chipboard will be fun to paint, ink, color, and sparkle ... the tins would be perfect for card set gifts with those clear fronts.
WOW these are awesome tins and all the chip board in the little tins, don't we all love chipboard!!! We are travelling this summer and I would like to make tins for my 2 older sons 6 & 3 to store little treasures they find on the trip.
TFS these awesome products!
ZOINKS! SHAGGY! This is aweseomeabomb sctuff! I will trade you one of these for 3 scoobie snacks!
I'm so excited for you girls and this new adventure! The tins are adorable and would be perfect for a cute little blonde named Gracie to put all her treasures in! ;)
First, congratulations! Second, Taylor sent me. Third, I love, love, love your stuff. And as to what I plan to do with the goodies...(1) I will decorate the book and fill it with sources of inspiration (color swatches, sketches, samples, etc.) and (2) I will use the tin as a tote for all of my essential crafting tools.
Lots of luck to you, ladies!
What awesome products!! I would use the lunch tin as a scrapbook/what I love about you Mom gift for Mother's Day or even for my Dad for Father's Day.
Now I just need to plan my shopping list and place an order.
I really like them! I'd use them for my sample card storage. Sometimes I make cards that I like the design, but not the papers or stamps used. I keep them as inspiration - it would be great to have a place to store them. Thanks for chance at this cool prize!
i HEART Maya Road! and am so loving your site! chipboard is my new addiction, but i do share.... love the tin and the books, think they would make a great end of the year gift for my daughter's kindy teacher: each kid gets a page to decorate and "rememories" (as my daughter says) of the fun things that happened through the year.
Oh wow, lots of fun stuff! My idea for the daisy shaped chipboard is to cover them with pigment ink and let dry, then put a bazill bling flower in the center and a faux diamond brad in the center of that and attach the whole thing to a card or scrapbook page.
Taylor sent me!
Cindy
I'd love to create something with these great products. My fingers are crossed in anticipation *wink* Oh, I was sent by Taylor's blog.
so adorable! i have wanting to work on a name frame and these would be perfect!
cool!
I'd love to cover them with my favorite papers and make a garland. the box would be perfect for storing it away or maybe to house a mini-book!
Those squarish chipboards int eh tins-I could see making them into small chalkboard magnets topped with Prima flowers.
Wow girls!! Love these - they would be great for my misc markers, blender pens (don't know the measurements, but that would be my first try). They'd also make a nice gift - maybe some items from Bath & Body Works, some stamp accessories, etc. Oh - you got my mind working now!! :)
I purchased a couple items from this company and they have QUALITY STUFF! Love your store - hope you do really well.
I love these. I have many ideas but the one I would have to do first would be to make a gift album and tin for my sister-in-law who is having her c-section next week! They are great!!! By the way, I was referred by Taylor's blog. I love your stuff!!!
Oh my goodness, those are so cute! My head is spinning with ideas! I think I would sparkle one up for my daughter. She would love one for all her top secret stuff! (letters from friends!)lol And I have been looking for something to make a holder for all my love letters from my DH, I think these would be perfect! I would also do one for cards. And I think I would do one as a little treasure chest for my students. They get to pick out little things from a box I have. I think one of these would be perfect! Thanks for sharing, I am going to have to pick up a few of these! Christine
Although I haven't had an opporunity to play with chipboard or the tins, my head is spinning with ideas. These chipboard elements would look so awesome altered with paper, ink, paints, etc and added to a scrapbook page, card or a mini book. I love making mini books and creating a mini book to go inside a tin would be priceless. I'd love to see one for a silver anniversary inside a silver tin, or even a baby's first year, Mother, Father, Daughter, Grandmother, the list is endless. All of these keepsake books would definately be the treasure that they are tucked inside a Lunchbox Tin or other shapes. Thanks for the inspiration and fun contest.
I love Maya Road products; bought some little tins to make shaker ornaments, but didn't get them done before the holidays. So, my list of ideas for your blog-candy tins is probably long, but mostly, I'll treasure the unadorned tin for at least a month or two before the right idea hits (am I the only one that does that?). TFS!
What a neat new product. Thanks for sharing all the information, and stocking them in your store, so we can all get our hands on these beauties.
--Laura N.
Oh my goodness!!! These are wonderful, soooo many possibilities! Well, if I don't win, I will definitely be buying them! They are terrific and so is the store! Thanks, Lorrie
Oh my goodness Joy and Daisy you both will have me in so much trouble!!! I love these new items! Oh and the rest of the HYENa group have nothing but awesome things to say about the goodies you offer in your "store"! Thanks so much for having a dream and vision!!! I can't wait to have some extra $ so I can shop ;)
(((HUGS)))
Maya Road makes great stuff! Unfortunately no store near me carries it! I would love to make a tin for photos - perfect for crops. My 7yo dd could probably come up with a few uses for them as well.
I would love to decorate this lunch box tin to give to my 6 yr. old grandson to store all his treasures in. (you know how 6 yr. olds are!). Thanks for an awsome give a way that would introduce me to your products.
Cheryl
WOW! I just drooled on my keyboard!!! These are just absolutely AWESOME!!!
What a great treat you ladies are offering. From quite the fabulous new store, too! What fun! Let's see. I've been wanting to make a personalized board book for some young nephews, so the chipboard book would be perfect for that. Good size for little hands & nice and sturdy, too. And I'm stuck on filling the lunch break tin with cookies to take to the office and share. Or to eat on your lunch break, I suppose. Who's stopping you?!?
These are aweseme. I am very excited to make some baby gifts with the naked chipboard books. It all looks like a lot of fun!
These are great! I would love to make a cute box to put all of my cards and stuff in. And I am in desperate need of some chipboard because they didn't have any at Michaels yesterday!! Nooooooo!
~Melissa
Taylor (Taylored Expressions) sent me to your site, and I can see that I will be adding another blog to my daily reading. I have a feeling I will be shopping at your store, too - awesome products!
I'm drooling over the Maya Road stuff. I would decorate this to match my scrap/stamp room and use for storing cards or other odds and ends.
Cool! I'm just really starting to play with chipboard. I would use the book to make a letter holder for my die cut leftovers. I saw something like that in one of the recent magazines.
The lunch box.... hmmm -- probably decorate it up and use the box for taking snacks, etc., to baseball. The comments alone would be good business boosters!
Susanna
WOW! I see gifts and cards and I don't know what else!!! Maya Road stuff is so wonderful...
Thanks for giving us the opportunity to win these fantastic items!
I was referred here from Taylored Expressions' blog. It's my first visit. What cool products! Can't wait to check out the store. I definately want to try the lunch tin decorated as a gift box for card giving.
LOVE THE TINS! I WOULD USE THEM TO CREATE A CARD KIT.
P.S. TAYLOR SENT ME!
i love your website/store!!! i love your products!!! i love your blog - y'all "feel" like friends!!! the chipboard accents would be perfect for the name frames i LOVE to make for gifts & a girl can never have too many tins!!!!!!!!!
Hi, Taylor sent me over to you from her link on her blog.
Great work!
WOW, great site...Love Maya Road! Would love a tin!!!
First time at your site I was sent by Taylor from Taylored Expressions..I'm glad I came!
Oh I absolutely LOVE those chipboard flowers in the tin. Got to get one of those for sure. I can just see decorating them with the wonderful papers like the Cosmo Cricket collection. Ida
The tins would be perfect for the matching game I am making for my son. It is similar to the memory game. I am going to laminate all the pieces and will "need" a special box to keep them all in.
Kelly
These are great! I have so many ideas in my head - the possibilites are endless. I have been doing a little card ministry thing for the past few years. I send cards to many people I've never met - I hear about their "troubles" from others who know them and then well I just have to send them encouragement and hope - so for me the tins would just have to get decorated as pretty as can be and given as gifts to people in need. (hey now I sound like a poet!)
Wow! These would be so fun to decorate! They would make such fun storage for all kinds of goodies!
These are darling! I can see myself making pins out of some of those chipboard flowers! Or decorating boxes and packages using them. Or...what about making them into napkin rings...sooo cute...with beaded strand to make the ring. I would redecorate the tins and use them repackage embellishments and give them away as gifts...Oooh, I could use it as blog candy for my own blog!
I love the idea of using the tins for card storage - a sure way to prevent the precious hand made cards from being bent. The chipboard would look cute as an embellishment.
Easter, they are calling Easter to me, with beautiful floral papers, Prima flowers and soft ribbon.

These are lovely. I would love to make some gifts for the woman who takes care of my elderly Mom. Her sister just had a kidney transplant! So I'd like to make something for the woman taking care of my Mom, her sister AND their niece who donated the kidney!! And, even if I don't win, I think I'll make them something similar anyway! Love your blog and am looking forward to purchasing.
OH - These look yummy! I think they would make a great little project to go organizer. I always plan to work on some type of craft during my lunch hour but end up forgetting it at home all of the time. Having a cute tin that's taller than then provo craft ones would be an awesome gift!
wow - so cool! I would use the chipboard shapes on cards. the tins would be great to decorate for "Easter baskets"!
love your store- thanks for sharing!!
Beth
Cool! I would make a tin and book for my daughter's upcoming 1st birthday! It would be cool filled with mementos and pictures.
OMG!! These are too cute. I have so many ideas on how to use them. If I must pick one I would go with a time capsule. I would put my 2yr olds favorite momentos and journaling of special milestones.
Fabulous! I have been oogling all the new goodies in your store, and your blog is great too! Daisy, I work for Disney in FL!!! ;)
i picture Goldfish crackers in them, decorated with everything fishy outside.
I haven't ever used the chipboard things cuz I don't have any. never actually saw them in the store so I am probably in the wrong aisle. But thanx for the change to try these things out.
Taylor alerted me to this posting. The tin would be great for anything--- holding cards, markers, small gifts for friends! Thanks for the chance!
This is my first time to lay my eyes on Maya Road stuff. Very COOL! They look like a ton of paper crafting fun.
Smiles,
Nancy Grant
Visiting your site for the first time. Would love to be entered in your blog candy contest.
Thanks
DW
Oh Wow! Oh Wow! That's all my brain is saying! I've just started using chipboard and am falling in love! I would use the tin for cards and probably make something for my neice's birthday with the book.
OOOOOHHHH!!! I so need a taller tin for Jill's Diabetes stuff!! With the pump we have to carry even more supplies so my littel Provo Craft one isn't working!! Love your site!!! Fantastic!!!
This is so fun!!! My oldest is in preschool and enjoys staying for lunch bunch. I would enjoy decorating one of these "lunch tins" for the teacher who runs lunch bunch.
Joy Nicol
I'm thinking something to give to my Mom. That's undoubtedly what would become of one if I got my hands on it. I know she misses me and my family..esp. my 21month old baby.
~Lana B~
WOW! These look like sooo much fun! I think the tins would be fun to decorate with theme things, like make a spa one w/ spa type goodies, card kit, cookie kit, popcorn/movie nite etc. And the chipboard would be altered to go on the tins. Ü
Debbie
Oh wouldn't these be fun to alter, then fill with some cute little embellishments and send off to a friend???? What a fun RAK to receive!
I'd love to alter that tin and put chocolates in it for my desk at work! We're moving to a new building and it needs some pretty-ing up!
Fantastic !! I could think of a million little things to put in these, my Prisma's, blender pens, embellishments, etc.... but I think I would jazz them up and give them to my daughter for her medication. She has lupus and takes so many pills every day.... I think making her something pretty would make it a little easier!
I just LOVE your store... thanks so much !!!
Love your site and store. You have the best paper. The tin and board book would make a great memory book for Nan-na for Mother's Day. Thanks for the chance to win.
You could use the tins for a little boy tool box. You could embellish the outside to fit the little boys' interest.
I love all of their stuff and I am sure the new stuff will be just as loved. Great, all I need is more people enabling me to get more LOL
WOW! Very cool! Taylor sent me and I am glad she did *wink*
Like Amanda, Taylor sent me. I think your store is great and I am putting together an order now. Have a great weekend!
