Holy Guacamole! Guess what I forgot to do...post the winner of the March ePlay Challenge, Alter a Book, hosted by the lovely and talented Karen Crossen. We were delighted with the creativity and diversity of the projects entered into this challenge. We pored over blogs and photos, had great discussions, and looked some more before finally choosing the winner. After that, I stroked it off my list and promptly forgot to share that information with the rest of the world. So sorry! Yikes!
Anyway, without further ado, the winner of the March ePlay Challenge is
with this gorgeous and very practical mail holder created by altering a book. We love the beautiful gray and yellow colour scheme, the sweet embellies...the whole package. What a fabulous idea! I have some vintage photos that are looking for a place to be displayed so I see one of these in my future.
Congrats, Asia. Please contact Kim at kim@eclecticpaperie.com to claim your $25 gift certificate prize.
Our current ePlay challenge is hosted by the delightful and talented Sherry Cheevers who has chosen the theme of Wood. Check out her amazing altered box here and you will find loads more inspiration in the DT projects found in the thumbnails below Sherry's post. The great thing about this theme is that it can be something as tiny as a wooden embellishment or the whole substrate can be wood...you choose.
Can't wait to see your projects.
Congratulations Joanna {Asia}!!! I fell in love with this the minute I saw it. :) So inspirational!
