Happy New Year eP Nation! We have a lot of exciting news plans for 2013 and are so excited to get crafting!
Our first big news of the year is the introduction of two monthly challenges! I really love participating in challenges and it was through that participation over the years that I've been able to meet other designers, learn many techniques, and improve my work. I'm delighted that our team members will be taking turns as the challenge hostess as this will give you an inside look into their work, their creative process, and their inspiration.
Get Altered ChallengeThe Get Altered Challenge is about exploring your own creative journey, about stepping outside of your comfort zone, experimenting with new products, and creating altered and mixed media art. Share a unique card, a scrapbook or journal page, a canvas, or any other project where you’ve used any supplies, such as paint, ink, paper, and/or embellishments. We want to see your work and hear about your inspiration! All of those who play along with our challenge will be entered into a prize drawing for a $15.00 gift certificate to the eclectic Paperie store.
Our first Get Altered Challenge will be held this January 3, 2013 and I'll be your hostess! I've created a great project, along with a video, for this week's challenge so be sure to visit the blog on the morning of January 3rd.
eTeam Picks ChallengeThe eTeam Picks Challenge is all about inspiration and having fun! During each challenge one of the eTeam members will share a topic, word, technique, sketch, or product that will become the foundation for your creation. This challenge is all about mixing it up and just enjoying the creative process so feel free to share a journal page, card, scrapbook project, mini album….Anything goes! We want to see your work and hear about your inspiration! All of those who play along with our challenge will be entered into a prize drawing for a $15.00 gift certificate to the eclectic Paperie store.
Our first eTeam Picks Challenge will be held on January 17, 2013 and the talented Marjie Kemper will be our hostess! I can't wait to see Marjie's challenge topic! Stop by the blog on the morning of January 17 to see Marjie's project and to get the details for participation in the challenge.
Very cool news, I can't wait, I shall be joining in as and when I can, definitely one to look out for.
