CHA Sneak Peaks(Chatterbox & Clearsnap)
Can I tell you that Chatterbox blew us away with their new collection and style? We almost missed it because we were looking for the familiar Chatterbox logo and home. You know they have had these gorgeous paper collections named after rooms like Corridor, Parlor and Garden. These paper collections have very lovely small prints that are just perfect for all your cardmaking and paper crafts. Well, Chatterbox went towards a totally different yet exciting direction with the reveal of 4 new collections called artsy.licious, Happy Day™, Botanico™, and Eclectique™. They are rich in colors and designs. The photos don't do the shimmer, flocking, and textures justice. These won't be available until April.
Next up is Clearsnap. You are all familiar with their Color Box inks and the Rollagraph handles and wheels that they produce. So here is a new Rollagraph that is cool lime green and, are you ready?....you can put your smaller acrylic stamps on them. How cool is that idea? Think of the possibilities? If you have alphabets, you can put someone's name and roll out their name for a card or personalized gift wrap. All those favorite acrylic stamp sets you love can now take on more designs with this wheel. The wheel is sticky so that you can adhere the acrylic stamps to it. They make extra "sticky sheets" in case the stickiness wears off. You can put an ink cartridge in the handle, too. Sounds and looks familiar right? They also debuted these acrylic shapes that you can put on the wheel, too, to make shapes and designs. Interesting, don't you think?

Scor-Pal is Coming to eP!
One of the best things about attending CHA is being able to actually meet the owners of companies and their creations. You can really tell how passionate they are about their inventions and designs. It makes their product more personal when you meet its creator/owner. You can also meet the design team members who come up with some fabulous creations. Watching the designers in action as they demo the latest and greatest products is really a treat to see in person.
Which now brings me to Scor-Pal® . Joy and I met creator Diana Crick and her husband Roy who made their CHA debut with Scor-Pal. They had traveled all the way from Canada to Anaheim, California to show the craft and hobby world this "must-have" tool. Every paper crafter needs one. You've all heard about this great scoring tool. It's so handy to have around for making those perfect folds and score lines. They had one of their designers, Valerie Stangle, with them who was busy throughout the entire show demonstrating the versatility and usefulness of the Scor-Pal. Val has been featured as one of our eclectic Friends so it's always great to see her.
eclectic Paperie is happy to announce that Scor-Pal will be joining the eP product mix. We've ordered the Scor-Pal and we'll let you know when they arrive.
Stay-tuned for more of my CHA highlights. I still have to share photos and news from Cosmo Cricket, Basic Grey and a new roller by Clearsnap that you can use with your acrylic stamps(hmmmmm).
Happy Monday!

CHA Show: Winter 2008
WOW! It was fabulous! It was fun to share this year's CHA winter show with lots of familiar faces and eclectic Friends. I have too many photos to share so I will be creating a specific gallery by vendor over on the eP forum so you can see all the great new products and samples.
The first day was very busy. We arrived just before the doors opened with our plan and map in hand. We raced towards Basic Grey so we could see their fabulous new collections. Lots of new faces this year with Hannah Stamps(Kristi Ferro) and ScorPal(Diana Crick). Some great new products from Cosmo Cricket, Fancy Pants Designs and Crate Paper. Check out this huge Changito display form Stampendous...and it was flocked with Fun Flock!
We even got to meet the now famous Jon, The Warehouse Guy at the Cosmo Cricket booth.
We spent our first day just searching and gathering info on all the new products that we being debuted at CHA. We ended that first day by hosting a wonderful evening with some of our eP friends, fellow Splitcoaststamper members and vendors who joined us for a great dinner at Downtown Disney's Tortilla Jo's. It was so much fun to share hugs with cyber friends and celebrate all of our successes over the past year.
Click on the video below to see a picture montage from our eP Reception.
Enjoy!

Going to CHA!
Only a couple more days until the biggest event for many of us...the annual Craft and Hobby Association(CHA) trade show. It's the largest gathering of craft and hobby retailers, vendors, educators and fans. We'll be scouring the CHA floors for some new collections from favorites like Basic Grey and Crafty Secrets. We'll be looking for new and exciting products, too.
We are so excited since the event is right here in our backyard in Anaheim, CA. We are also looking forward to seeing some of our favorite eclectic Friends and spending time together on this adventure.
I'll be working on either a podcast or uploading photo or videos here on our blog so that you can get some first hand visuals to all the new and exciting products being revealed. It helps when DH is MacSparky.
On that note, while we are at CHA, please be aware of the the following Ordering and Shipping Information:
We will be closed beginning Saturday, Feb 9th through Monday, Feb 18th(President's weekend/postal holiday). No incoming orders will be shipped during these dates. Shipping will resume on Tuesday, February 19th. Please plan your orders accordingly.
Feel free to submit your online orders during the above dates, but please understand we will not resume shipping until Tuesday, February 19th, 2008.
NOTE: We will continue to ship any outstanding orders that are placed up until Friday, February 9th..
Have a great weekend!
