Annoucing New Fun Flock Colors

Eyeshadow Blue, Lavish Lilac, Indigo Blue, Sunshiny Yellow, Hazy Gray...these are the new colors that Stampendous has released for their Fun Flock. You know what we say: "It's fun to flock!". Can't you see the Sunshiny Yellow for Easter projects and Lavish Lilac for Mother's Day and other springtime projects? These new colors are now available at eclectic Paperie. We have a small number of "I Want It All" sets and we have plenty available a-la-carte. We also received more popular colors back in stock like Cotton Ball White and Chili Pepper Red. Don't forget to pick up some Sakura Quickie Glue and/or the Tsukineko Essential Glue Pad. Another tip that I saw demonstrated a couple weeks ago was to use your acrylic blocks as a "press" to make sure that your Fun Flock is evenly applied to your images.

Hey There Cupcake stamp update: You loved this Stampendous stamp set and told all your friends that we sold out of this exclusive stamp set only available at eclectic Paperie. We are expecting more in early February. You can email info@eclecticpaperie if you would like to be on the Notification List for this item and we will email you to let you know when the item is back in the store.

SHIPPING UPDATE: We are currently shipping orders placed on Jan 19th. We were overwhelmed with very heavy traffic and volume of orders during our birthday promotion so you may experience a significant delay with your orders placed during Jan 19th to present.

WOW! What a birthday celebration it was! Thank you to everyone who made the celebration great fun over the last 4 days. A huge THANKS!!! to Taylor and Jami for hosting some 'sweet' challenges on their blogs and the eclectic Paperie Forum. Some great creations were posted and shared by talented ladies.

Those Hey There Cupcake stamp sets by Stampendous went flying out the door. This stamp set will remain an eP exclusive until May 2008. My kids wanted some very special cupcakes to commemorate this stamp set and eP's 1st birthday so we made a special trip to Sprinkles. We got these yummy cupcakes pictured. Their Red Velvet cupcakes are oh-so-yummy! Lemon and Cinnamon Sugar are also Sparks Girls favorites.

Looks like you all had great fun shopping over the weekend.

This bright an cheery card was hand delivered to us by Leann Yoho. Amazing detail(check out those shopping bags that seem pretty full after taking advantage of our birthday promotions). You were so thoughtful, Leann! Thank you, again, friend.

We will definitely be busy this week as we will begin to ship out this weekend's order beginning on Wednesday. Watch out for some more birthday fun in your packages. There is a little announcement that will be included with all the Hey There Cupcake stamp sets.

Run over to Brand Spankin' New for some new things that have found their way in to the eP product mix like Disney-themed Cuttlebug dies and embossing folders; Valentine Brads and Technique Tuesday Stamps.

With heartfelt thanks,

Daisy & Joy

eP Turns 1....& the Fun has Begun!

Can you believe that it was just a year ago that eclectic Paperie went "live" for your shopping pleasure? WOW! what a year it has been and we can't thank you enough for exceeding all of our expectations with your continued support. Your input in the eP product mix has been extremely valuable. Your referrals have been blessing. The friendships we have made on this incredible journey....priceless.

We have several announcements and promotions over the next several days so make sure the you are signed up our newsletter so you can be the first to hear about them.

We are happy to announce that eclectic Paperie is debuting a brand new Stampendous acrylic stamp set called: Hey There Cupcake. It is "oh-so-cute" with all the cupcake designs and greetings. This samp set will only be made available at eclectic Paperie until May 2008. It is an eP exclusive.

I had a chance to play with it and here is my first sample using this fun set.

I actually needed a simple card(quickly) for my neighbor so I pulled out my Cuttlebug and used the Spots and Dots A2 embossing folder for some added texture to Regal Rose(SU) cardstock. I found a piece of Chocolate Chip and applied some Brillance Pearlescent Orchid directly to it. Love the added shimmer with that ink. I also used that ink for the cupcake top and Jumbo Java Versamagic Dew Drop for the cupcake liner and sentiment. I really like how these inks are rich in color.
I used Liquid Appliqué for the icing and it really looks like icing when it dries. If you emboss liquid Appliqué, it even takes on more dimension. I had to add some SPARKle so I reached for the Pink Stickles.

Stay tuned Friday and Saturday as a couple of our eclectic Friends, Taylor VanBruggen and Jami Sibley, are going to help us with some birthday fun. They will challenge you to some stampin fun over at our eclectic Paperie Forum.

Don't forget to look at the Brand Spankin' New section. There are a boatload of new stamps, new Disney-themed Cuttlebug folders and dies.

Cheers!

SHHH...A little surpise is coming!

Did we tell you that eP loves Stampendous! Here's one of those cute bees from the Bee Happy Collection that was included in the last eP Coterie offering. It's a simple card with a little more masculine feeling but a little mischief and fun, too. I had to try some of the Copic Markers and I love the fact that they don't bleed or streak even on a small image like this.

Needed to add a little SPARKle and shimmer with a little Christmas Red Stickles on the antenna hearts(how cute are those) and the Stardust Jelly Roll Pen over the wings(I did color the wings with the Lionet Gold(Y28) Copic Marker first and then used the Gelly Roll pen on top of it). The Palette Noir Black ink works well on the Stampin' Up ribbon and didn't bleed through nor did it fade.

This little bee is just a teaser for tomorrow's big surprise. So, make sure that you are signed up for our newsletter, the eclectic Expose. Hope you are around this weekend 'cause eclectic Paperie will be celebrating it's 1st anniversary.

Stamps: Stampendous Bee Secret & Secret Admirer
Paper: SEI Such a Boy(Stevie Stripe)

Accessories: SU River Rock Striped Grosgrain; Silver Mini Brads; Stickles(Cmas Red); Stardust Gelly Roll Pen;

Open for the New Year!

We're back! Happy 2008!

Do you love our new store look? It's so cute with the display cabinet and work center with my laptop.

Look again....'cause this is the most adorable Christmas present that I received from my niece. She worked so hard to re-create a miniature eclectic Paperie and I think she did a great job. Jeanelle, my niece is the most thoughtful and creative co-ed(Go San Diego State!). My MIL and SIL were so excited about this gift that they made me open it first thing Christmas morning.

Look at all the details from the miniature priority boxes, the embellishment bags, papers and the photo frames which are actual photos of my cute kids and husband.

She had one of her friends do up the sign to copy the eP font/logo. OMG it's so cute in person.

Just wanted to all let you know that we are back from holiday and inventory. We've uploaded some new things as well like Making Memories Noteworthy collection and Tim Holtz Texture Hammer. Lots of new Valentine stamps from Stampendous, too. We have a new foam piercing mat from Bazzill that measures 12x6 for all your piercing projects.

We have to catch up on shipping all orders received from Dec 18th through Jan 6th. We'll keep you posted on shipping times on the eP store homepage.

Make sure you are subscribed to the eP newsletter (it's on the home page, left hand column)because we have some important anniversary announcements coming in the next week that you don't want to miss.

Have a great day!
Daisy & Joy
